If you are having trouble signing in, first make sure you are using the same login method you originally used to create your NoteAI account.
For example, if you created your account using Apple or Google, continue using the same Apple ID or Google account. Using a different login method may result in accessing a different account. If you use email and password, check that your email address and password are entered correctly.
Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces, and remember that passwords are case-sensitive. If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen. We also recommend restarting NoteAI and making sure you are using the latest version of the app.
