Sign in to NoteAI using the same account and login method you previously used. If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play and your Pro access does not appear:
1. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
2. Open NoteAI and go to Settings.
3. Tap Restore Purchase.
4. Wait for NoteAI to check your active subscription.
If your subscription is still not active, confirm that it appears as active in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
