If you have an active NoteAI subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play, use Restore Purchase to refresh your access.
1. Make sure your device is signed in to the store account used for the purchase.
2. Sign in to the correct NoteAI account.
3. Open NoteAI with a stable internet connection.
4. Go to Settings and select Restore Purchase.
5. Wait for the check to finish, then review your Pro access.
If restoration fails, check that your subscription is active in your store subscription settings.
