Cancel through the store that billed you.
App Store:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Select NoteAI and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Follow any remaining prompts.
Google Play:
1. Open Google Play with the account used for the purchase.
2. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select NoteAI and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the prompts. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
