If you entered the wrong email address while creating or accessing your NoteAI account, first check whether you are still signed in to the account.
If the app allows you to edit your account email from Settings, update it there. If the email cannot be changed in the app, contact the NoteAI support team.
When contacting support, include:
- The incorrect email address
- The correct email address you want to use
- Your User ID, if available
- Any relevant screenshots
Do not send your password or verification codes to support.
